MacDonald Residence
A complete exterior facade upgrade and first level interior renovation transformed the front of this traditional colonial to a modern shingle-style residence. Various additions and renovations by previous owners, including a contemporary sunroom at the main entrance, were removed to make way for a new entry foyer and portico, as well as larger windows, second floor dormers, shingle siding, and new landscaping. The exterior cladding at the side and rear elevations of the house are white clapboards, which help accentuate the uniqueness of the front elevation improvements while meeting the project's budgetary goals.
