Pilatus is a private jet manufacturer whose primary US sales and service are now located in Portland, Maine. Grant Hays has overseen the complete renovation of the existing Northeast Air structure to provide first and second level facilities adjacent to the hangar: the first floor renovation allows pilots and owners access to a comfortable space while their planes are serviced and chart their flight plans while the second floor has been completely restructured to give the administrative function state of the art office space.
